This is the the Ford Raptor 2017 Police and Civilian Version
This is the first time that I have done a conversion of a car to GTA V and I think that it has come up good enough to realease
it is not perfect by all means and I hope that I can improve in the future but for now It is what it is.

- Install this in the path - mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
- Then add the line of code to the dlclist in the folder where the add-on file is on.
- Move the .xml file into pack_default in the ELS folder in the Main game Directory.

Alright so this Add On is really good looking! But theirs 2 little problems with it and I was able to fix one of them.
First thing, when you use the horn with the Civilian Raptor, even if it's not a "police car", other vehicles will stop because the came recognize it as a police vehicle.
Second problem which I was able to fix myself, it's the handling. For those who want to fix it, you'll need to go where you installed the pack and modify the handling.meta. For me it's mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/17raptor/dlc.rpf/data
open the file to edit it and find those 2 rows : <fTractionCurveMax value="2.550000" />
<fTractionCurveMin value="2.450000" />
and change them for approximatively that or leave it like this:
<fTractionCurveMax value="2.000000" />
<fTractionCurveMin value="1.500000" />
I also modified the Brake Force which I thought was just not good enough for the Raptor
<fBrakeForce value="1.000000" />
instead of
<fBrakeForce value="1.800000" />
Don't forget that you have 2 raptors to modify if you want to use all 2 of them
Might not be the perfect handling at the end, but it works pretty good. Tweak the value as you want but it should do the job.
@ArteX and if you want something more unique to do, try the ford f150 raptor (4 door) there is one in gta sa. i can send you if you're interested :)) i'l give 5 stars anyway

The police Raptor flips when I take a turn, Maybe I did something wrong, But this is a very nice "pack" and I love the police raptor.
@GeT_DuCkT Yeah the flipping is an issue with the Handling File I put the wrong one in by accident, I need to change the it to the new one but glad that you like the car.

why you release a non finished car ?
hmm you should fix following:
1. hands not on steering wheel
2. mirrors all don't work
3. no dashboard
4. dials and cockpitlights missing
5. no front and backlights
6. no brakelights
7. no reversing lights when driving backwards
8. bad handling and 9. too less weight, you should change some fmass on handling cause 40-60kmh and i am rolling/looping ...
10. when you have collision and some parts get done, you can see through your car almost everywhere some places where you can see through
Thanks for try to making vehicle mods for gta5, but pls dont release them when they not finished.
There are thousands of mods and 70% are perfect without any bugs and 30% with just "some" bugs ... but yours is not just "some" its ... "a lot" ... if i were you, i would not release anything what is still under construction like this. (Just a tipp in future) ... but thanks for try to modding anything :)

then go back to Mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
Open dlclist.xml and copy past this--> <Item>dlcpacks:\17raptor\</Item>

Can't find the skin in the ytd files. I am trying to add new ones but there is no skin in there. What is the name for it?

The vehicle itself is great but the passenger doors are not closing even if i pushing it or taking the passenger side when entering the vehicle.
