This is something that I had made a while ago but never realesad but now I feel like I want to so yeah, here you go.
This 2015 Tahoe is completley fictional and just something that I put together.

If you are looking for some custom ELS Police cars for personnel use or for a server either US or UK

- Install this in the path - mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
- Then add the line of code to the dlclist in the folder where the add-on file is on.
- Move the metm.xml into pack_default in the ELS folder in the Main game Directory.
TroubleShooting
If you spawn the vehicle in and the top light bar is all tinted follow this
1. go to your vehicles.meta in the game which would be :
E:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
2. do CTRL + F and type the model name in and find underneath the model name diffuse tint
3. replace what ever it says with 0x00FFFFFF
4. save the file and replace
5. load up the game and it should work.
If there are any other issues contact me on GTA5-MODS.com and ill reply as soon as possible

Great Mod!
Pros:
Nice Light setup, i love the all blue lights!
It's a great Model!
Cons:
The Back turns signals don't seem to work right
The yellow lightbar in the back windows is grouped in an odd way. The two middle lights and the two right lights are grouped together. which makes for a weird patterns.
ALPR's seems to be floating, and there are no wires (I don't know if they can work wirelessly)
Take Downs don't appear to be working.
If you can fix the cons, it's a perfect mod! Great job buddy! :)

I really like this. Thanks for the work put into this. It's a massive bonus having the Add-On version so a big thanks for that too.

Well the lights do work so that is something you have done wrong and the handling could have the wrong one by mistake
