So I realized that I can't use the marksman pistol while on vehicle now with this mod you can use the marksman pistol while on vehicle.
Installation:
Go To Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mpluxe2\common\data\ai replace weaponmarksmanpistol.meta with the one included in the mod.
And that's it i hope you enjoy my mod.

@dethmasta O really I thought nobody made a mod about that.
Thank you for this, I only needed to add the Marksman Pistol to drive-bys, so I didn't want to mess with the other mod. I replaced the Marksman Pistols model with one of the Barrett ones on here, so now I can ridiculously ride down the interstate shooting peds in the head with my one handed Barrett. 10/10

littlefilms i could not open the update file. i think im missing a program or somthing.
i can open the update file in open IV only.
please tell me what program that runs the update file in Grand Thift Auto file.
