you need download and install it:

https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/custom-prop

Installation:
1) estrare the rar archive "green park" on deskpot and COPY the the "green park.xml" in Grand Theft Auto V > MenyooStuff > Spooner
2) OPEN Menyoo load the map the "green park"..
3) Have fun!
