Information:
This mod fixes various map collisions, models, textures and placements errors.
Note: a complete list of fixes can be found in "FixesList.txt" inside the archive.
Contents description:
- mpmapfixes: contains fixes only for the MP map. Note: this dlc pack should be compatible all the way back to the build 2189 (The Cayo Perico Heist update).
- mpmapfixes2: contains fixes only for the MP map, more specifically starting from the build 2545 (The Contract update) and up.
- spmapfixes: contains fixes for both the SP and MP maps. Note: this dlc pack should be compatible with pretty much any version of the game.
- Map Script Fixes: unlocks a few gates at the Port, the factory from the mission "Mr. Richards" and at the Vespucci Beach alley from the mission "Reposession" and loads the church grave, the Lost clubhouse, the Vagos hideout door and Diamond casino doors.
- Minimap Textures Fix: contains a fix for a 2D/far away minimap tile.

ATTENTION EVERYONE!! I created an oiv package for myself to eliminate the process of installing all those those ybn files from the "Mp Map Collisions" folder manually. If you guys want to skip manual installation of all those files you can download my oiv package here > https://ufile.io/rqcqqi6a
The oiv package has been updated for this v12.1 update which includes the additional ybn files for folders: po1_10.
This oiv package is for the most recent 2824 patch however it will work for previous and possibly future patches, unless the paths of those ybn files are changed by Rockstar, which I doubt. It includes all the ybn files in the "Mp Map Collisions Fixes" folders for Map Fixes v12.1: ap1_03, ap1_04, bh1_03, bh1_04, bh1_13, bh1_22, bh1_40, bh1_43, bt1_05, ch1_02, ch2_04, ch2_05c, ch3_08, ch3_12, cs1_02, cs1_08, cs1_12, cs3_04, cs3_07, cs4_06, cs4_10, dt1_12, dt1_20, dt1_21, dt1_22, h4_yacht, hw1_rd, id2_14, kt1_rd, mph4_beach, mph4_island, po1_01, po1_06, po1_10, sm_14, sm_16 and ss1_11. Keep in mind that if Alex106 adds additional collision fixes to future updates those won't be included in this oiv package and will need to be installed manually however I will try to keep it updated if new ybn files are added to the Mp Map Collisions folder and I'll provide the new download link for that.
If you got friends that also use Alex106's "Map Fixes" mod and want to make it easier for them to install all those ybn files in the "MP Map Collisions Fixes" folder just give them the link.
@JAM102970 While I do appreciate your effort and sharing this, your OIV file is created in such a way that it will modify the original files and not place everything in the mods folder. Placing modifications in the mods folder is what ensures you don't get kicked for altering the game in GTA Online.
If you check the installation instructions you will see that they all go to the mods folder, and when I read your paths, they go to root -> update...
@Halthior @Halthior My "Mp Map Collisions Fixes" oiv DOES NOT modify any of the original files because it's meant to be installed in your 'mods' folder. The oiv package that I created and provide the link to here, is for those players that install this mod, to make it easier to install all those ybn files. If you download my oiv package is strictly for this mod and meant to be installed in your "mods" folder, NOT vanilla game files and as it matter of fact, before you're ready to install you can clearly see the description in OpenIV: "INSTALL IN 'MODS' FOLDER".
There's no need for me to specify this oiv installation doesn't go into the main vanilla files because it's something that's is supposed to be installed in the 'mods' folder.
By the way, "root" is basically a slang for the "mods" folder, it's hardcoded in the oiv package creator program that I use to create these oiv packages but, since you're the first confused person maybe I'll change "ROOT" to "MODS" on the next update, in the installation instructions next time.

Firstly, thank you @JAM102970 for taking the time to make and share that OIV, really appreciate it. Secondly, I would really appreciate it if ANYONE can confirm if they are experiencing crashes on Michael's driveway as well. When Michael's car is parked on the driveway, about two car lengths from his garage door, I am consistently experiencing crashes in this spot. I just want to determine the issue first, so frustrating!

As far as that crash you're experiencing around Michael's driveway that can be the cause of a variety of reasons. I don't think it necessarily has to do with this mod unless a whole bunch of other people report the same issue. It might have to do with a modification you did to Michael's house or his car. Did you modified Michael's car or house in any way? Or do you by any chance have a ymap installed to modify his house? Any of those could cause a crash. For example, if you have two different ymaps for the same house, like a helipad ymap on one side and some other ymap nearby, that can also cause conflicts between the two and cause the game to crash.
Another thing that can cause a crash is if you're missing the two main crucial files needed in the main directory like the Heap Limit Adjuster and the Packfile Limit Adjuster, if you're missing one of those, that can also cause a crash. A weak gameconfig, like one that cannot handle mods, that can also cause a crash. So as you can see, sometimes is very hard to pinpoint the issue.
What I recommend is for you to do some tests in order, that's how I usually find out the cause of a game crash.
