My first mod for dispatches!
This mod Modifies dispatch.meta which edits wanted options.
Features:
Makes cops little bit more aggressive.
Armored cops will have now 30 Percent armored Original was 20. ( Now changed to 40 ).
Increased Maximum ped spawning. ( May cause lags and frame drops ).
Roadblock Cops increased. ( And Various cars with them )
Armored marines will spawn Around Ft.Zancudo, Marines those are in tanks from original dispatches. ( 200 Armor ).
Chasing time increased.
It will take pretty much time to lose them. ( 5 star : 87 seconds ).
Riot vehicle roadblock now has NOOSE Unit blocking. ( Sometimes for transporters )

Replace with dispatch.meta.
( combatbehaviour.meta )
To install, go to:

Replace with combatbehaviour.meta.
Combatbehaviour.meta modifies Combat behaviours for peds. not really needed.
Dispatch.meta modifies Cops, Medics and firemen Responses and Dispatchings.
Police_hi.yft makes police stainer spawn correctly for this mod.
Loadouts.meta modifies The loadouts for cops.
Changelogs:
V10.0.0: Added multiple cars that cops will ride. Army will ride Barracks and crusader. countryside response is now way more weaker than LS. Highway cops will now be on unmarked car or default cop cars. Fixed Police stainer not spawning by adding police_hi.yft. can be found in the foler.
V9: Onfootorderdistance increased. cops accuracy enhanced.
V8: Response time decreased, Added "combatbehaviour.meta" to change cops' aim and accuracy. now NOOSE units are more smart and strong compare to be the others. including army.
V7: Cops hidden evasion time increased a little. Added new roadblock car for sheriff. Fixed some mistakes that i've made in past versions.
V6: Fixed highway cops not spawning. i didn't give them ability of spawning .
V5.5: Named as 5.5 because i accidently replaced new version with V5. V6 will be here soon.
Updates on dispatch: Added Motorbike Responses like "Highway cops". i don't know it will work the way it is supposed to.
V5: Increased parole duration value. Increased little bit of response times.
V4: Changed roadblock near fort. now army will show up. Removed Loadouts.meta since it's too hard to fix things.
V3: Loadouts changed for cops. now they will have smgs and rifles. Every Emergency Responses are faster than before.
V2: Increased amount of cops chasing you. Increased little bit of Armors for all cops. now cops will come after you with police buffalo and police transporter ( bulletproof window ) vehicles. Noose units will be able to ride police riot. Sheriff will ride Sheriff granger that noose units also ride. Helicopters are now mixed with mavericks and annihilators.
