Hola amigos,
I´ve got a Los Santos to Los Angeles (Lax) Airport mod for you including vehicles, billboards, planes, buildings + the Los Angeles Airport sign and more for you.
Of course it´s highly recommended to backup your files before doing any changes.
Installation:
-open openiv and enable edit mode
-go to your mods folder and search for x64l / cityw / airport and replace the accordingly files.
-go to mods / x64i. / levels / gta5 / props / industrial / v_airport and replace the files.
-go to your vehicles folder (for example mods / x64e / levels / gta5 / vehicles) and replace the files.
Enjoy!

Since no one else was doing it, I just went ahead and did it. The LAX sign is my first project with Blender.
To install the LAX sign go to GTAV\mods\x64l.rpf\levels\gta5\_cityw\airport_01\ap1_04.rpf\ and replace the ap1_04_lsia_.ydr file Enjoy
Please let me know if you got problems with the mod (that I can maybe fix it) or if it´s working well for you.

@KaliLynx yes, I know. Unfortunately I can´t change it.
@mikesta my bad i got a big mod that was conflicting with it ..the mod changes averything to los angeles stuff roadsigns, hollywood sign..etc..i think its called california agriculture..i tried to add other map mods they wouldnt work either..map mods
there are so many mods that are going around, that cause conflict among themselves, so you got to try and take your time ; o ).

@KaliLynx the slod / lod file is now online. Its not saying los santos international airport from distance any longer.
