using openIV, follow this file path:
update/x64/dlcpacks/eup/dlc.rpf/x64/eup_componentped.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_gunrunning_01
and drag and drop this .ytd into there, and you are done!

@Cobra Designs if you go to the LSPDFR version of this, you will see reference pictures that i used which i personally find some what similar, minus the epaulettes. maybe instead of telling my how unrealistic it is, maybe tell me how i should make it more realistic.
