I made a simple flag for the hip, I'm still getting use to making my own meshes. It also glows in the dark!
Contains:
19 textures
2 Flags: One Male, One Female
Single Player:
Open OpenIV
Click Edit Mode
Female:

Male:

Made in Blender using Sollumz, it has a known bug that crashes OpenIV. So if you must look at the model before hand use CodeWalker.
