GTA Offline transforms Grand Theft Auto V’s single-player into a persistent, RPG-inspired sandbox—bringing many of the best features of GTA Online to your solo experience, all in a truly offline world.
Opens with f4 controls with the keypad or rb and a on xbox controller a to select b to go back dpad arrows for sliders
Features:
Full Character Creator: Move beyond Michael, Franklin, and Trevor. Make your own character with custom appearance, heritage, gender, hair, clothing, and more. Your character and progress are saved between sessions.
Rank & XP Progression: Earn RP and level up for stealing cars, evading cops, completing deliveries, and more. Track your level and XP with a classic GTA-style rank bar.
Persistent Money System: Earn, spend, and save your own offline cash. Rob stores, find hidden money, and sell stolen vehicles.
Car Shop & Personal Garage: Purchase any car from a wide catalog—supercars, classics, bikes, planes, even military vehicles. All bought vehicles are stored in your personal garage and can be summoned at any time.
Gun Store & Weapon Locker: Unlock and buy weapons (some require certain rank) that are then always available in your personal arsenal.
Expanded Cheats Menu: A modern menu inspired by GTA Online, split into Self, Weapons, and Misc tabs:
Self: God Mode, Superman (flight, laser eyes), Super Jump, Seatbelt, Teleport, Fast Run, and more.
Weapons: Explosive/Fire Ammo, Magnet Gun, Force Gun, Infinite Ammo, Rapid Fire, and more.
Misc: All Peds Follow, No Hostile Peds, No Clip, Hash Gun, and advanced explosion types.
Dynamic RP Events: Earn RP for Robbing, evading the police, and more. Deliver stolen vehicles to marked locations for cash and XP.
Progress is always saved—your character, cash, cars, weapons, and rank will be there next time you play.

why the money don't work ? i have a jobs mod when i finished the job the money didn't count
@AbdellahPlays The money system in GTA Offline works as intended when used as a standalone mod. Compatibility with other job mods isn’t guaranteed, as each mod handles money differently. If you find any issues when running only GTA Offline, please let me know. Otherwise, please consider updating your rating based on the standalone experience. Thanks!

Thank you, great mod, btw i have problem , my character turns all black (no face just allskin become black), but still wearing same clothes, any idea why this happen ?

@anggaraz , does it happen with only certain clothes some clothes may break the texture of the player ?
Any possibility to keep the Main Story Characters for future updates? Also can you add the clothes variations to be changed? PS: F4 is the standard "Console" keybind for the SHVDN, The ActivateMenu from the Native Trainer and some other mods too. Maybe setting a ini for custom hotkeys/controls and configurations could be good. BTW i was waiting for a mod like this for a long time! Thank you! I can see lot of potential, keep up bro!

@CreamyPlaytime no, i don't mean "need changes", i mean the possibility to change the clothes and props "colors" as example: "Shoes ID 20 Index 6" (model 20 color variation 6).
@DiNagano great idea yes that is definitely a priority I’ll look into adding color/variation selectors for each clothing/prop slot in the next update
