Illegal Car Dealership - Version 1.4.0
Version 1.4.0 was developed for the Enhanced version of GTA V. I don't know if the mod works for the legacy version.
Please let me know if it works for the legacy version.
This is my very first mod ever created, so please be indulgent! I'm open to feedback and suggestions to improve it further.
Description
This mod adds a fully functional Black Market, Money Laundering System, and now a stash system to GTA V.
Players can sell stolen vehicles, store dirty money, launder their earnings, and take on dynamic vehicle theft missions.
New Features in Version 1.4.0
Immersive Phone Integration (HUD Removed)
- REMOVED the intrusive "Dirty Money" red text from the screen.
- ADDED a new "Criminal Network" menu accessible via the phone.
- Call "Black Market" to view your current dirty money balance and access services.
- Added option to request a Black Market relocation directly from the phone menu.
Advanced Laundering System
- NEW: Multiple laundering locations with different profiles.
- Street Dealer: High fee (40 percent), low limit (5,000 dollars), but easy to find.
- Car Wash Front: Balanced fee (20 percent), medium limit (25,000 dollars).
- Professional Accountant: Low fee (10 percent), high limit (250,000 dollars), and safest option.
Automatic Money Updates After Character Switch
- The stash values now correctly update as soon as a character is switched.
- No need to reload scripts or manually reopen the menu to see the correct stash balance.
Bug Fixes and Optimizations
- FIXED "Ghost Blips": Map icons are now properly cleaned up when reloading the script or restarting the game.
- REWORKED Franklin's Stash detection: Now uses the "Safehouse" map icon to detect if the player has moved to Vinewood.
- Optimized Blip creation

- Call the Black Market to a new location using the in-game phone.

- Press E to view sale details and confirm the transaction.
- If your dirty money is at the limit, excess money will be stored at the Black Market instead of being lost.
Using the Stash System
- Go to your stash location (yellow safehouse blip).
- Press E to open the stash menu and manage your dirty money.
Laundering Money
- Visit the laundering location (red Lester blip).
- Press E to convert dirty money into clean cash.
- The higher the amount, the higher the police detection risk.
Starting a Vehicle Theft Mission
- Call Spencer via in-game phone to start a mission.
- Follow the objectives on the map and steal the assigned vehicle.
- Deliver the stolen vehicle to earn dirty money.

Crashed when changing vehicles.

The mod seems very fun but when I enter story mode my game just ends up crashing.

@laingames Just go to the Installations section in the description of the mod, you will see LemonUI in green, click on it. Download LemonUI and place the SHDN3 in the scripts folder.

i had issue with red circle not show up but i reinstalled ifruitaddon and restarted & worked. loving the mod, has a nice dynamic. just want to know if theres a way to move the text "dirty money" & the amount. id love to move it to a spot i want since i have other mods in that area. also, can the contact be moved? i have another mod overlapping it too.

(sorry was trying to add rating, ended up duplicating comment. also somehow i activated a cheat for $ (i hit F7), is there a way to disable it?
In the enhanced version, the game crashes the moment I try to sell the vehicle in the red zone. (Note: All UI mods and requirement mods are installed.)
@itimoreo Any chance of moving the dirty money display like you mentioned you would? It's the only thing I dislike about your mod it would definitly be a great addition.

I’ve been working hard on the next update, and version 1.4.0 will be coming soon. It focuses heavily on immersion and stability based on the feedback you've given me.

First of all, I want to apologize for the 1-year silence; I'm excited to finally resume development on this mod. Version 1.4.0 is OUT , and it focuses heavily on immersion and stability based on your feedback.
Here are the changes for version 1.4.0 :
- Immersive Phone Menu: I’ve removed the messy red HUD and replaced it with a "Criminal Network" menu on your phone to check your balance.
- Tiered Laundering: I've added different laundering locations (Street, Business, or Professional) with unique fees and risks.
- Bug Fixes: Ghost blips are finally fixed , and Franklin’s stash detection is now 100% accurate based on his home progression.
