Great mod! @WTLS the engine turns on before i get in the car, and stays on after i have left it. Any ideas how to change this? Thanks

@M8T Great mod! Thank you. Only thing I'm struggling with is I'm not able to spawn in the houses? Doesn't seem to work. Am I doing something wrong?
@HKH191 The nightclub on strawberry spawns with the blue circle in it once purchased but I can't seem to get it working as a nightclub. It just clears everything outside the club once i try enter. Comes up with refresh interior. Any ideas? Many thanks in advance

Anyone have the problem of where you can't sell, choose what you have. It always says i never have enough and can't sell to anyone?

@DragnoN777 Great mod! But the lower part of the car (lower front and rear bumpers + skirts) are chrome and can't be changed? any help with this?
