For those who ever drove a real car and accidentally had a crash should be know that cars are very fragile. You also can see in youtube crash test that even in 50Km/h if a car hits the wall straightly and the cooler is damaged, then chance to be running again is very slim.
So once again for those who seek realism, you should have this mod installed. With this mod, the cars are very fragile now and you can't just drive and crashed at 100Km/h then kick the throttle and rolling again. Drive recklessly and you'll be sorry for that.
You can prove it by your self that if you play the game with this mod installed for at least 3-straight hours then:
-Your driving skill will greatly improved,
-You will drive more carefully,
-You will choose not to taking over car ahead of you if the road is't wide enough to avoid getting scratches and damaging you car,
-You will drive more civilized than before.
I am VERY recommend you to use with VipVehicleCallService by mrchazta and TaxandBillPayments by mrchazta to add more realistic taste.

@greedylou The mod still works. I just tried it and I have the latest update. I'd recommend backing up your files before using though.
Mod is installed but in game didn't noticed anything significant aside from the normal collision damage induced on vehicles. More playing time will be needed to determine whether this mod is working or not!

It just corrupts my game, I dont know why though as I have used it before.
Even tried to use the backups and it still wouldnt start..
Used it on the newest patch (Diamond Casino Heist), and it works fine, but doesn't effect any of the DLC vehicles (well, the first few, but nothing since Heists).
Oops, not Heists. I was confusing this with a different mod. It still doesn't effect anything from, well, since it was last updated... in 2015. So, still essentially none of the DLC cars.
