It's a humble Swedish wagon with a big trunk, a big heart and big possibilities. That, and it's got the spirit of a monster that brutalized the rally world with a cinder block and claimed a dozen drivers' broken backs and busted balls.
How to install:
1.Put "nebulaw" folder in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2.Add this line -> dlcpacks:\nebulaw\ to the dlclist.xml (mods\update\update.rpf\common\data)

I installed the mod and it did not spawn in i put the name in and its saying car not exist.
