1.) Use openIV and navigate to mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform_frontend.rpf\
2.) Backup the file "loadingscreen_startup.ytd" (there is also a standard backup version in this package)
3.) Replace the file "loadingscreen_startup.ytd"
4.) Thats it, lunch GTA V and enjoy the mod :D
It's real, i just had to censor the screenshot because of the server rules...

ok...downloaded it, looked at the files.. what hes done, has been done before.. the nude loading girl.. its been done...

@JimJam1991 you haven't tagged me so i haven't seen you question until now. First of all click on the *tools* section in openiv program, then click on *asi manager* be sure to install all the 3 options. After that go to the file with the same path but without "mods" folder (update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform_frontend.rpf\), once you find the file click on "edit mode", then it will ask you to copy some files to the brand new "mods" folder which openiv creates by itself - just click on "copy to mods folder" option, after it finish copying the files it will prompt you to the new location with the mods in it's address, and then just replace the original file with my custom one. I hope you will get it to work.
PS: Do not try opening GTA V ONLINE mode, Rockstar may ban you, because mods arent allowed in multiplayer - only singleplayer. Have fun, if you have any other questions just tag me here by clicking on reply to my comment :)
@JimJam1991 i forgot to explain it to the beginers but yeah, you must install these asi plugins to run custom textures, and any other mods :(
