With the number of bugs this mod has, I can't recommend it to anyone rn.
I can't enter police vehicles that chase me during a wanted level, but I can get into the ones patrolling when I don't have a wanted level. Is this a bug or a feature?

How do I install this mod when I am using PEV? I installed this mod first, then installed PEV, and after installing PEV, I installed the compatibility patch for this mod found in PEV. However, the FIB agents do not shoot. What is the correct order of installation?
