Don't understand one thing, does this MOD change roads textures too?

The link for "Meth0d's Add-On Peds" doesn't work, at least for me.

@Slash_Alex @Zemanez I solved it, I installed many C++ Redist versions and it works.

@Zemanez I just installed VS C++ Redist 2017 and it doesn't work same.
