1. Copy the "tahoeLTZ" folder to
Grand Theft Auto V \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks
(Or make an new folder called "tahoeLTZ" and place the provided dlc.rpf in there)
2. Open OpenIV, extract
Grand Theft Auto V \ update \ update.rpf \ common \ data \ dlclist.xml
open it (Using any note pad), add new line :
dlcpacks:\tahoeLTZ\
Save and you done.
You can spawn the car using Simple Trainer Or Menyoo by name "tahoeLTZ"

Tire textures were broken, but I just swapped wheels from another in my wheel pack & now we're rollin! Thanks.
This thing is slow as molasses, no matter how much I tune the handling :(
@XLR, @sPo0keY, @DREM, @almightySo68, This is an older version used the new I had redid its an missing texture. @KingBlue777 you can take the handles from any car in GTA if you want it to be faster, reminder everything here is free......yeah! yeah! I could've made it fast. But you gave me a two star :(
