INSTALLATION - mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf or x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
FBI.xml - GTAV Directory/ELS/pack_default
Model by Forza Horizon Extracted by DMN
Converted and modified by THED
Lights and set up by THED
If I'm missing something let me know.
It will be updated when I get the chance, thanks and enjoy!

dont get how to add/replace fbi.xml could you help me? btw awesome mod
You basically took excisting lights and made them emergency lights. Not a fan of it. I´d at least would have added more lights for example at the top of the windscreen, side Windows, back Windows, front grill... then i´d give it more them 1 star.
@Military_Vehicles If your using els just drop the fbi.xml on the ELS folder/pack_default.
@eMS3c I'm sorry you didn't like the set up I went for more of a stealth vehicle.
