The Handling are for all the cars ?
Yes, each vehicle handling has been reworked individually (up to 1.0.350.1, newer DLC cars are not)
Will it work if i've modded some cars?
If you modded your handling.meta file in update.rpf you'll need to replace handling blocs manually for each stock vehicle you want my mod to apply on.
